The Housing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination of YMCA Community Housing, supporting effective tenancy management, property coordination, compliance, reporting, and tenant engagement.
This role helps ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality housing services are delivered in line with organisational policies, legislative requirements, and funding obligations. You will work closely with the Regional Lead and Group Manager, while providing practical day to day leadership and support to the housing team.
The role plays an important part in supporting sustainable tenancies and helping residents feel safe, respected, and connected.

You will bring:
Drivers Licence and willing to travel between sites from Nerang to Slacks Creek one to two times weekly.
