A bit about the role

Leading a team of Child and Family Resource Officers, you will support the delivery of child and family services to our community of young families. You will build strong networks and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the provision of truly integrated services at Council.

With an innovative mindset, you will have the opportunity to develop, establish and assess child and family programs, in line with various funding agreements and working in collaboration with other Council services. You will also be responsible for delivering a diverse range of programs, providing support and confidence to our local parents.

• Exciting child and family services, ensuring our local families feel supported
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver excellent programs
• Ensuring exceptional experiences for our community through services that deliver on our funding agreements
• Strong leadership providing guidance, whilst also participating in program delivery
• Programs designed specifically to meet the needs of Wyndham families
