This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture Manager to deliver high-quality HR support and continuously improve our people systems and processes.
From attracting and onboarding great talent to supporting employee experience, HR operations, and compliance, your work will directly help our teams thrive.

You’re an experienced People & Culture Advisor/Officer who brings strong end-to-end HR capability across operations, systems, policies and processes, and is confident working within the complexities of an EBA and underpinning Award environment.
You have a track record of optimising people systems (ideally Employment Hero or similar) and are highly proficient across Microsoft tools including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint. With a solid understanding of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and the National Employment Standards, you provide reliable, practical advice while maintaining a sharp eye for compliance and detail.
Known for your excellent interpersonal skills, you build trusted relationships and bring a proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to your work. Above all, you are committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or equivalent experience) are desirable, and experience in the not-for-profit or family violence sector will be highly regarded.
