Women’s Legal Service Victoria | Melbourne CBD | Immediate start | Hybrid working model | Full time or Part time - negotiable (minimum 0.8EFT) | Ongoing.
The Team Leader will manage and oversee our client intake, as part of an overhaul of our intake processes that will be rolled out mid-year. The Team Leader will directly manage our paralegals across both stream of work, client intake and legal support to our Lawyers.
This is a full time or part time (minimum 4 days) position.
To succeed in this role, you should have a demonstrated understanding of legal services including client intake and the role paralegal staff have in supporting these services. Your ability to be flexible, coupled with outstanding organisational and administrative skills, will be key.
