We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager to provide senior operational and professional leadership across counselling, intake and program delivery within a not-for-profit, women’s community services setting.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally safe, feminist, and person-centred services that support the safety, wellbeing, and empowerment of women.
The position leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees integrated service delivery systems, and contributes to continuous improvement, service planning, and organisational development.
This role operates with significant autonomy within organisational frameworks and plays a key leadership role in operational performance, compliance, workforce leadership, and service innovation.
Blacktown Women’s and Girls Health Centre provides specialist, women-centred health, case management, and community engagement services that support the wellbeing of women and girls in our community. Our services include domestic and family violence counselling, generalist case management, primary healthcare, and a range of education, prevention, and community engagement programs.
