As a Youth Employment Support Officer, you will design and deliver culturally responsive programs that support Afghan young people to access employment, education, and training pathways. You will provide career guidance, job readiness support, and mentoring, while building partnerships with community groups, employers, and training providers. This role focuses on empowering youth, addressing barriers to employment, and promoting inclusive workforce participation and long-term career success.
