You will be part of the Western Senior Leadership Team, which has both a strategic and operational focus and plays an active role in achieving Uniting’s Strategic Objectives. You will deliver high performance, and optimum consumer and community outcomes for your portfolio.
You will lead a workforce of employees and volunteers using a trauma-informed approach to deliver responsive and high-quality services to children and young people in our Residential Care, Foster Care, and Kinship Care programs across Western Victoria.
Your leadership will ensure we deliver vibrant and innovative programs that truly support the needs of children, young people, and families with complex needs. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and ensuring accountability with statutory requirements.
