As a Family Violence Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families impacted by family violence. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments utilizing the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) framework, as well as ongoing assessments using the "Best Interests" framework for children and families.
Collaborating closely with team leaders and senior case managers, you will develop and implement family action and safety plans tailored to each family's unique needs.
