About White Box
White Box is building a world where anyone who wants a job can access one. We do this by growing jobs-focused social enterprise across Australia.
Everything we do revolves around three priorities:
- Build large-scale social enterprises from the ground up
- Strengthen existing jobs-focused social enterprises to scale and grow
- Innovate through advocacy and systems change initiatives that grow the sector
Since we started, we've helped create more than 1,000 jobs, incubated four social enterprises, raised over $52 million in blended finance for job creation projects, and built a powerful coalition of partners across sectors.
About the Opportunity
We're seeking proactive, tech-savvy, flexible and highly organised Community Coordinators to support the day-to-day operations of innovative community spaces.
