ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Coordinator is a new role within the Victim Survivor Voice pilot program team, supporting the delivery of accessible, trauma-aware and healing-informed consultation with people who have lived and living experience of domestic, family and sexual violence in the ACT and region. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will coordinate a peer-led program that centres victim survivor expertise to inform and improve services and systems.

You’ll bring strong organisational and relationship-building skills, and a commitment to social justice and equity. From supporting a confidential participant network, to planning consultation activities, training and forums, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2027 for 37.5 hours a week (1.0FTE) at SCHaDS Award Level 5.1.
