Your Impact
As Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a residential program that is changing lives. You will:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and staff wellbeing.
- Champion Clinical Governance: Collaborate with our specialist team to ensure high quality care.
- Manage Resources: Develop and manage budgets, funding agreements, compliance and reporting frameworks.
- Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with community, stakeholders, and external agencies to amplify impact.
- Innovate and Improve: Champion continuous improvement, evaluation, and evidence-based approaches in AOD treatment.
- Shape Policy: Contribute to outreach, prevention initiatives, and policy development that influence systemic change.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years in the AOD and/or Community Services sector, with at least 2+ years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strategic Approach: Balance operational priorities with long-term program vision and capacity to secure future funding to strengthen service provision.
- Cultural Competence: Commitment to Aboriginal health and wellbeing.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in Drug & Alcohol, SEWB/Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work.
- Financial Acumen: Skilled in managing budgets, funding agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborative Leader: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
