About the role

The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is searching for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to oversee the executive support operations of the Co-CEO office. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will provide quality executive support, line management and coaching to a small team, including an Executive Assistant and reception staff. 

Our ideal candidate will be required to provide timely, sensitive, and personalised support to the Co-CEOs, as well as deliver broader secretariat support to the Collaborative Centre’s Senior Leadership Team.

Working within this innovative Co-CEO leadership model, the Senior Executive Assistant will be integral to supporting a rapidly growing mental health and wellbeing organisation that requires personable, outstanding, and effective operational office support.

You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment that requires effective communication skills and high emotional intelligence in order to work flexibly and responsively.

Our ideal 

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • the ability to operate with significant responsibility, autonomy, and accountability to deliver exceptional executive support. 
  • capacity to provide a high level of leadership and operational support to a small and dedicated team. 
  • minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable senior role. 

A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable but not essential.
