About the role:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role of the Human Resources Business Partner will be varied and encompass a wide range of HR responsibilities. The role will hold a portfolio for specific regional/divisional areas within VACCA along with a range of various HR functions, for example employee relations, work health and safety, HR reporting.

This position plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across VACCA to enable the provision of high-quality HR services and build the capacity and expertise in people management practices.

About You

Ideally, you will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with proven HR generalist experience in people management practices, employee relations, workforce planning, and work health and safety along with the capacity to read and interpret awards and employment legislation, policies and procedures. You will also, have a proven ability to work within a fast paced & high-volume environment. In addition, you will have the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organisation, with excellent influencing, relationship building, coaching and communication skills.
