The Australian Centre for Gender Equality and Inclusion @ Work is a leading research centre based at the University of Sydney Business School. The Centre focuses on improving equality and inclusion in workplaces across Australia and globally. It brings together researchers, industry partners and policymakers to create practical, evidence-based solutions that help organisations build fairer and more inclusive workplaces.
The Centre is seeking a Research Officer to join the team. This is a great opportunity to support meaningful, real-world research that drives positive change. The role offers the chance to work with collaborators across universities, industry and government on projects that make a tangible impact.

This role offers the opportunity to work on and enable applied projects that improve gender equality and inclusion in workplaces, while building experience across the full research lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with leading researchers and external partners, and contribute to work that influences policy, practice and real world outcomes.
You will support research projects from start to finish, working closely with Chief Investigators and Research Leads to deliver funded projects focused on gender equality in workplaces and the broader economy.
