We are seeking an organised and passionate Project & Training Coordinator to lead the delivery of key gender-based violence prevention initiatives, including Bystander Intervention, Responding to Disclosures, and The Masculinities Project. You will coordinate training for student leaders, clubs, societies, and university residences, ensuring all programs meet compliance and reporting requirements aligned with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender Based Violence.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening program impact through research, evaluation, and continuous improvement. You’ll develop and refine training materials, design evaluation tools, and collaborate with researchers to ensure evidence-based practice. You will also support and guide facilitators, providing training, resources, and structured debriefing to promote wellbeing and trauma-informed delivery.
