We’re looking for a compassionate and highly organised Assessment & Triage Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Advocacy Service. In this frontline position, you’ll provide timely, accurate advice to students on issues affecting their rights, while delivering high-quality intake, assessment, and triage services.

You’ll conduct risk assessments, including with clients impacted by Gender-based Violence, using a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and student-centred approach. Your work will ensure students receive the right support quickly, with care, respect, and in line with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence.
