  • Engage directly with an ambitious and supportive Board committed to strategic growth and organisational sustainability.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small, committed and purpose-driven team through a period of organisational evolution.
  • Reassess legacy activities, systems and structures to support the organisation’s next phase of maturity and impact.
  • Influence government and commercial partnership opportunities through clear strategic propositions and implementation planning.
  • Contribute to long-term executive capability and CEO succession planning.

What you’ll bring

You are commercially minded, strategically capable and comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments.

You can:

  • Challenge thinking constructively while building strong relationships
  • Operate with credibility across Boards, government, commercial partners and executive teams
  • Lead and develop teams through periods of change and growth

Most importantly, you understand that commercial discipline and social impact are not mutually exclusive.

You may come from not-for-profit, healthcare, consulting, commercial or government environments, but you will bring strong executive capability, strategic judgement and a genuine appetite to help build something meaningful.

Relevant financial, commercial or governance qualifications such as CPA, CA, MBA, GAICD or equivalent executive leadership experience will be highly regarded.
