The Salvation Army delivers specialist family violence services that support women and children experiencing or escaping family violence. Our programs provide safety, recovery pathways, case management, outreach, and integrated partnerships with Child Protection and community agencies. This role ensures high-quality, evidence informed service delivery that strengthens outcomes for victim survivors and enhances sector collaboration.
As a Family Violence Team Leader, this is your opportunity to provide operational leadership across family violence programs, including rapid response, brief intervention, case management, outreach, Flexible Support Packages (FSP), Strength2Strength (S2S), and Child Protection partnership initiatives.Reporting to the Program Manager, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until June 2027, (0.8FTE part-time position negotiable), based in Windsor, Victoria.
Conditions
Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 7.
