The Salvation Army Australia's Family Violence Stream provides a wide range of services around the country to support women and women with children impacted by family and domestic violence. We offer refuge, children's and parenting services, counselling, support, men's programs, accommodation and advice to women and children who are experiencing, or who have experienced, family violence.
This position will be based within the Bayside Peninsula Family Violence Services and will provide outreach case management support to women and women with children who have experienced and/ or are currently experiencing family violence. The role also encompasses the delivery of assessment and crisis response.
The role will be in instrumental in delivering high quality, safe and effective family violence and child well-being responses to those seeking support, safety, and recovery. The Family Violence Services works with service users from a feminist perspective, aiming to empower and increase the safety of women and children.
The role is a full time, fixed term position June 30, 2024 based in either Windsor or Frankston.
