We are looking for a values-aligned and impact-focused Tax Manager.

This position can be full time or part-time, offering fully flexible remote working.

The Tax Manager’s Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business, CA or CPA qualified
• Advanced understanding of the Corporations Act, relevant accounting standards, tax legislation, and ACNC requirements
• Excellent knowledge of taxation legislation
• Advanced Xero User
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the success, engagement and development of a small team
• Developing, mentoring and coaching less experienced staff
• Work closely with the Director to meet deadlines
• Guarantee quality work will be delivered through accountability and oversight
• Create a balance between workflow delegation, efficiency, social impact and profitability for Together Business
• Efficiently manage every step of client interactions.
