Thorne Harbour Health, Victoria’s largest provider of LGBTI health services is now recruiting for an experienced housing support worker to work with members of the LGBTI community who are homeless or housing insecure.

We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for providing housing support and case management to our clients. You will be part of an integrated Community Support team; the role entails addressing barriers to accessing and sustaining stable accommodation using a strengths-based case management model. The role has a focus on creating a safe and respectful service for the LGBTI community as well as addressing issues often faced by people in this community.
