We are seeking a Health Promotion Officer to join our South Australian team. This role will contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion strategies that support LGBTIQ+ communities, gay and bisexual men, men who have sex with men, and people living with, at risk of, or affected by HIV.
Working in a part-time capacity, this role will:
In addition to your salary of SCHADS Level 3 (pro-rata) plus superannuation, Thorne Harbour also pays above award. You’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and an ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.
There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchased leave program as well as regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
You will have a tertiary qualification/s in a relevant field or significant experience working with priority populations. You will also bring:
A South Australian driver’s licence is essential and previous experience working directly with LGBTIQ+ and/or HIV-positive communities will be highly regarded.
