Operating from two purpose-built accredited hospitals in Sydney (plus clinics in Dubbo), we provide specialist care through more than 20 dedicated skin clinics and over 50 specialist dermatologists. As Australia's largest dermatology training institution, more than 95% of practising dermatologists in New South Wales have completed part of their specialist training with us.
Our internationally recognised Research and Clinical Trials Unit is at the forefront of advancing treatments for skin disease, supporting our vision to improve the lives of people affected by skin conditions through excellence in patient care, education and research.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary to support the Board in maintaining the highest standards of governance, compliance and organisational integrity.
Reporting directly to the Board and working closely with the Chair, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team, you will ensure the Foundation meets its statutory and regulatory obligations while supporting effective Board decision-making and best practice governance.
This is a part-time position of approximately 10 hours per week, offering flexibility and hybrid working arrangements.
