In this exciting new position, you will lead policy and landscape analysis, horizon scanning and the development of strategic options; translating complex information into clear, evidence-based recommendations for executive and Board consideration.
Working across the organisation and closely with the executive leadership team, you will identify, analyse and develop future strategic directions that advance our mission and long-term sustainability.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be curious, adaptable, opportunity-focused and demonstrate a strong learning mindset. Holding a strong alignment with Teach For Australia’s values and commitment to equity in education.
