Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play a key leadership role in supporting and developing our Allied Health Team within the Early Childhood Approach program in Milton. You will provide clinical guidance, coaching and supervision to ensure high-quality, evidence-based support for children with developmental delay or disability and their families.
Working collaboratively with other Senior Clinicians, you will use your advanced practice skills to mentor team members, strengthen clinical capability, and promote best practice across the service. Maintaining a strong connection to frontline work, you will also provide clinical support and oversight to ensure consistent, person-centred and culturally responsive care.
