At Vinnies' we have a new Strategic Plan 2026-2029 that sets a clear direction for strengthening our impact, supporting our people, and ensuring we are well positioned to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve. A key pillar of our strategic plan sits within the People and Performance directorate, with a clear objective to optimise the performance and wellbeing of our people, reflecting the importance we place on supporting, developing, and enabling our staff and volunteers to thrive.
To help deliver on this objective, we are searching for a Manager People & Performance to join our team. You will ultimately be responsible for the delivery of Vinnies' people and performance strategy and driving initiatives that builds capability and leadership whilst ensuring consistent and compliant operational excellence and a positive employee experience. This role is a trusted member of our senior leadership team and provides pragmatic advice and guidance to various internal stakeholders.
Our Manager People & Performance will bring strong contemporary HR expertise together with a collaborative, people-centred approach and the ability to operate confidently in a dynamic environment. You will be a trusted expert and advisor who can balance empathy with pragmatism.
