State Service Operations Manager

St Vincent de Paul Society

The Role

We are seeking a strategic and improvement-focused leader to drive operational uplift and statewide consistency across St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland Housing (Vinnies Housing).

This is an exciting time to join the Society as Vinnies Housing continues a broader journey of transformation and operational maturity across the state. In doing so, you will also ensure robust governance, compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and strong risk management practices that underpin high-quality service delivery.

Working closely with leaders and internal stakeholders, you will influence how services are enabled behind the scenes by driving operational maturity, improving performance frameworks, embedding best-practice processes, and supporting statewide consistency across operations.

This is a Permanent, Full-Time position (38 hours per week), based in South Brisbane.
