Reporting to the Hume Community Hub Manager, you will apply your high level operational expertise and professional judgement when leading the core program functions of VincentCare’s highly effective Marian Community 24/7 specialist family violence services in our Goulburn North service region.
The services provided by Marian Community are accessible in the City of Greater Shepparton, Moira, Strathbogie, Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires in both business hours and after-hours, providing crisis and case management responses to victim survivors experiencing or escaping family violence, including children. The business hours services are provided from office sites in Shepparton (North Goulburn) and Seymour (South Goulburn).
You will provide leadership and direction to the Team Leader and Specialist Practitioners servicing the Goulburn North region (City of Greater Shepparton, Moira and Strathbogie Shires); work alongside the Program Manager for Goulburn South to ensure a responsive and effective service across Goulburn; and support the Hume Community Hub Manager to meet required legislative, funding and operational compliance.
Additionally, you will be required to pro-actively participate in the enhanced after-hours crisis response on-call roster and be available on designated weeknights, weekends, and public holidays.
