DACSSA is a well-established, independent advocacy service supporting people with disability across South Australia. They are committed to inclusion, equality, choice, and social justice—and to ensuring people with disability have a strong voice in decisions that affect their lives.

DACSSA are seeking expressions of interest for at least two new Board Directors to strengthen their governance, diversity and lived-experience representation.

DACSSA are interested in people who bring:

• Lived experience of disability;
• First Nations and/or CALD perspectives;
• Experience in disability advocacy, community leadership, or stakeholder engagement;
• Knowledge of the South Australian disability or social services sector.

As a Board Director, you will:

• Contribute to strategic direction and decision-making;
• Support strong governance and organisational performance;
• Uphold DACSSA’s values and commitment to human rights;
• Participate in monthly Board meetings and occasional committees.
