Join the team dedicated to providing case management support to people we assist within the New England region who are experiencing substance abuse or dependence. Your goal as Case Worker in AOD Outreach Program is to develop holistic treatment plans targeted to individual needs of clients. Role will involve travel to locations within New England to deliver specific AOD services to smaller communities.
This role will report to the Team Leader, Health - Rosalie House and New England AOD Outreach. You can find more information about this role on the the attached Position Description.
It is a condition of employment that you comply with the Society's Pandemic Policy - COVID-19 and Public Health Orders in order to work in or enter Society facilities, noting that all staff working in our aged care and disability services require a booster. In accordance with our policy, you will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status or a valid medical exemption as part of the resourcing process.
