As a DFSV Capacity Building Coordinator, you will play an important role in leading the implementation of DFSV sector engagement and capacity building initiatives across Queensland to strengthen culturally responsive DFSV practice, and improve safety access and outcomes for people from multicultural communities.
The role leads SSI's DFSV capacity building initiatives in Queensland and is responsible for building strategic relationships across specialist DFSV services, multicultural organisations, and community and government stakeholders.
Working in partnership with the national DFSV Capacity Building Lead, the role provides leadership for state-wide capacity building body of work focusing on DFSV services to improve responsiveness to needs of victim-survivors from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
This position is a full-time contract until the end of June 2027 with the possibility of extension, working hybrid from our Logan office.
