- Contributing to SCS's strategic growth as part of the Management Leadership Team
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in child protection and foster care
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong project management skills across complex operating environments
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
What's on offer:

- Fixed-term 5-year contract commencing June 2026
- Above-award remuneration including phone and travel allowance
- Flexible working arrangements (Clayfield office base, WFH negotiable)
- A genuinely values-driven team committed to quality and impact
