We aim to create opportunities for women and girls to achieve their individual and collective potential and have an equal voice in creating strong, peaceful communities around the world.
SISEAP has special consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), recognised as a NGO with a broad range of expertise and a comprehensive agenda. This allows our collective efforts and opinions to be shared with a wider community and makes us an effective global voice for women.
The Fundraising Manager is an exciting, new role and key for our future financial sustainability. Using your extensive fundraising experience, you can really make this role your own and you will be well-supported by our senior leadership team.

You will be responsible for coordinating all day-to-day aspects of the fundraising program, building relationships needed to secure financial support from members, supporters, businesses, philanthropists and government. This role is initially focused on Australia, and down the track we’d like you to help expand the fundraising program to other SISEAP countries.
This role will suit a fundraising professional with extensive experience. We are looking for someone who can develop an effective fundraising strategy for our organisation, and also be hands-on and be involved in the implementation on a day-to-day basis.

When you join the Soroptimist team, you will join a well-respected international organisation that has been standing up for women for over 100 years. Our members are a remarkable group of women. A 12-month contract is offered initially, with possibility of extension or a permanent role based on success.
If you’re keen to join a great organisation doing remarkable things, and looking for a role with flexibility, apply now.
We are keen to hear from applicants who are passionate about our mission, so even if you don’t quite tick all the boxes, please submit your application.
