Expressions of interest are sought for an experienced and dynamic leader to manage the activities of the Rosebud West Community Hub Ltd; known as the Seawinds Community Hub; based in Capel Sound on the Mornington Peninsula.

Responsible to the Hub’s volunteer Board of Governance, the Manager will lead the Hub’s day-to-day operations. As a proven motivator of people, the Manager will work cooperatively with multidiscipline teams of staff and volunteers. The Manager will be instrumental in facilitating funding opportunities which will assist in supporting individuals and groups to strengthen skills, knowledge and capability and thereby, building the capacity of the community.

The successful applicant will be committed to the delivery of our current community growth and development opportunities, including an Early Learning Centre (3 & 4 year old Kindergarten and Long Day Care) in addition to providing space for adult learning, mutual support groups and community activities; including a Men’s Shed and a Coffee Shop.

Previous managerial and administrative experience, including financial and strategic expertise are essential, along with an in depth understanding of community development.
