Omnia Community Health was established through the merger in January 2026 of Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health. We offer a broad range of services across the lifespan including general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing. These services are delivered from our sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach across surrounding communities.

The Family Safety Counsellor – Women’s Contact (Partner Safety Contact Worker) provides counselling and support to current or former partners of participants in our Men’s Case Management and Mens Behaviour Change Programs The role involves completing risk assessments, developing safety plans, providing referrals, and supporting partner wellbeing throughout the program duration.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake and maintain a National Criminal History Check, NDIS Safety Screening check, Working with Children Check and hold valid Australian working rights.
