About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services, the Corporate Services Manager role is responsible for the operational delivery of a diverse portfolio including asset management and maintenance, risk management and compliance, quality assurance and accreditation, workplace health and safety, governance and organisational administration services.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Management of residential facility maintenance works, planning and budgeting
- Management of workplace health and safety, quality and risk management systems
- Ensuring organisational contractual, accreditation and regulatory compliance
- Supporting the CEO and Executive with corporate governance duties
- Overseeing organisational administration and reception services
About you
To be successful you will have the following key attributes:
- A tertiary qualification in accounting or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a corporate services related management role
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams across a diverse portfolio
- Previous experience working in the not for profit sector is desirable
- Ability to live RW values and a true desire to share the mental health recovery journey of our clients
