Reynard Street Neighbourhood House Incorporated (formerly named Robinson Reserve Neighbourhood House) was established in 1988. In partnership with other organisations, RSNH creates local opportunities and encourages initiatives which enhance resilience, connectedness and well-being for people in the local and wider community.
We are currently seeking a motivated and community-minded Garden Group Facilitator to coordinate the Seeds of Change program. The Seeds of Change program focuses on developing horticulture skills for women and non-binary people as a pathway to further education, training or work. The Garden Group Facilitator is responsible for planning and delivering the program to create a safe and engaging experience for all participants. They play a critical role in fostering a sense of community in the garden and helping participants to learn, connect and improve their career pathways.
This position will work to ensure a seamless approach to garden care and development, whilst adhering to the Program’s aim of objectives. The Facilitator will help to achieve program outcomes, encourage community involvement and placemaking of the Community and Sensory Gardens at RSNH.
Some out of business hours or weekend work may be required.
