Kira House offers accommodation for young women (aged 14–18) leaving family and domestic violence, with and without children.
As a Support Worker in this team, you will provide trauma-informed, person-centred support, empowering residents to develop a holistic support plan and achieve their goals and outcomes. You will assist with building life skills, including education support, parenting guidance, and helping residents establish and/or re-establish social and family networks. The role also involves conducting telephone assessments for individuals seeking refuge and supporting the intake of new clients.
Rise is seeking a female Support Worker for a fixed-term contract from 27 July 2026 to 15 March 2027, working 65 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster, based at our Middle Swan location.

Appointments to this position require a NDIS worker screening check and working with children check. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
