Richmond Associates is leading the search on behalf of Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC), a foremost children’s healthcare organisation with a mission to improve healthcare for all Cambodian children. Based in Siem Reap Cambodia, for over twenty-five years families have brought their children to the hospital for life-saving medical treatment, regardless of their ability to pay. The hospital sees hundreds of children every day and provides specialist treatment rarely found elsewhere in Cambodia. AHC has provided over 2.5 million medical treatments to children from across the country.
The Fundraising Director is a critical leadership role within AHC, delivering the income the organisation needs to operate. The department is responsible for fundraising income towards the organisation’s US$6m annual operating budget, and delivering future income to realise AHC’s strategic goals to 2026.
To be successful in this role, you will bring significant fundraising knowledge and experience, proven leadership ability and nuanced cultural awareness, ideally gained within a health or other not-for-profit environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural and diverse team, pioneering an innovative fundraising approach combining local and international experience. Based in the hospital grounds, you will see the impact of your fundraising on a daily basis. You will be part of ensuring children in Cambodia get the high quality compassionate medical care they deserve, now and for years to come.
