When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.
The Project Manager – Client Experience and Support, will primarily focus on managing the development and implementation of our KiteSupport program. The development of this program will include the implementation of digital and other resources for families to access and use during their cancer journey.
The program funding of around $3million over 3 years will enable Redkite to transform its digital service offering for families. We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the development of the program and the implementation/roll out of new digital services and resources which will be developed.
The position is ideal for someone who has led complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders, ideally with a health, human services or community focus. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
