The role

We are seeking an experienced National Office Manager with outstanding organisational and communication skills. This position provides effective management and delivery of office administrative duties locally in Sydney and nationally across the organisation. It’s an exciting and varied role requiring a proactive person who enjoys developing and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure the smooth running of office operations. This role also has a focus on delivering quality information and services face-to-face, telephone, digitally and via email to both internal and external customers.

About you

The position is ideal for someone who has had previous office management and facilities experience. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Office and facilities management experience
  • Administrative and secretarial support experience
  • Organising small to medium size Events
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
