There is currently a vacancy for a contract position (till August 31 2021) of Service Promotion & Engagement Officer, based at West Leederville or alternate metro location.
The Counselling & Support Service is for people affected by the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with a Disability, meeting the diverse needs of people with disability, their families, carers, friends and support workers across Western Australia.
In partnership with the Snr Manger, and the program Coordinator this role will raise awareness of the Counselling and Support Service for people affected by the Disability Royal Commission (CSDRC) in metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia. This role will also develop and implement a community engagement plan to strengthen the profile of CSDRC, using innovative and flexible engagement strategies to communicate with diverse and/or hard to reach populations including Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) communities.
Enhance/establish relationships, networks, and referral pathways for service providers, community-based networks, and other relevant stakeholders in the community.
