Reporting to the Senior Manager – Outer East Melbourne, your responsibilities include delivering counselling, therapeutic case management and community capacity-building services through the ICAFSS program. This involves providing trauma-informed counselling, psychoeducation, group and peer/mentor support, and coordinating case management and interagency referrals, alongside promoting awareness and developing intercountry adoption–informed resources and networks. You will deliver flexible, outreach-based support, working collaboratively to meet the needs of clients and their families in an evidence-based, outcomes-focused manner.
This is an in-person role based in Boronia with outreach to Kew office. This position is part-time ongoing role (0.6FTE), working 3 (three) days per week. The base salary range is $101,948 - $109,287 (pro-rata) per annum.
