The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (the RANZCP) is a not-for-profit professional membership organisation. We are responsible for training, educating and representing psychiatrists in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
The College is accredited by the Australian Medical Council (AMC) and the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) to deliver specialist medical education and training, and professional development programs.
At our core is a deep commitment to equity and belonging. We are guided by our reconciliation commitments and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and we work purposefully to improve mental health outcomes for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and Māori communities because we believe quality care must reach everyone.
Joining the RANZCP means being part of something that matters: an organisation where your work directly shapes how psychiatry is practiced, taught, and experienced across two nations.
We have two exciting opportunities for People Partners to join our People and Culture team.
People and Culture partners with our departments to create a positive, safe and high-performing workplace. The team provides practical people and culture support and delivers initiatives that strengthen performance, capability, health, safety and wellbeing across the organisation.
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, this generalist role supports the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, learning and development, and health and safety. You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide trusted advice, deliver people initiatives, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people matters and partnering with leaders to achieve organisational outcomes.
Please apply via the "Apply Now" button with your resume and a short cover letter outlining how your skills and experience would benefit the role.
Email any enquiries to [email protected] using the subject line: People Partners x2 enquiry via EthicalJobs.
The RANZCP is committed to fostering a workplace where diversity, inclusion and authenticity are genuinely valued. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including First Nations peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people of all ages, cultures, faiths and lived and living experiences.
Applications for this role will take you to the employer’s site.
