About this role
In partnership with Odyssey House and Grand Pacific Health (GPH), RANSW has been commissioned by the Primary Health Network (PHN) to deliver Mental Health and Help aHead Hubs (the Hubs) — an integrated, person-centred service designed to strengthen continuity across mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD), physical health, and psychosocial supports.
This is a chance to be part of a new and purpose-driven service, contributing to the development of integrated, relationship-based mental health care within an evolving Hub model.
What you’ll do
- Support high-quality client services within an integrated mental health care model
- Provide quality supervision, coaching, and professional support to counsellors delivering couples, family, and individual therapy
- Promote best practice, clinical governance, continuous improvement, and strong data and compliance standards
- Lead, mentor, and support staff through onboarding, performance management, and professional development
- Build collaborative relationships with GPH Service Managers and Clinical Leads to support the effective operation of mental health hubs across NSW
The details
- 4 days per week, 24-month contract
- Based at any RANSW office in NSW, this role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement including 2 days working from home, 2 days at a chosen office location, and regular travel to sites across Campbelltown, Caringbah, the Central Coast and Northern NSW

What you’ll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related human services field
- Extensive experience in counselling, family therapy, or clinical practice within child and family services
- Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, coaching, and professional support to practitioners
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building collaborative partnerships with external organisations
- Sound understanding and experience working within an integrated and trauma-informed model of care
