About the role

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead the People and Culture (P&C) function to enable an employee experience journey to deliver on the organisation’s objective of attracting and retaining the talent we need to serve our customers and service even more communities. You will do this with a particular focus on:

  • Lead and support a capable team across P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
  • Oversee specific projects within the stages of the employee journey that contributes to a highly engaged and performing workforce
  • Oversee the enabling of P&C platforms and systems
  • Oversee the creation and ongoing implementation of a workforce planning strategy
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters including the Enterprise Agreement Bargaining process

The details:

  • Full time
  • Based at Macquarie Park with hybrid working options available

What you’ll bring:

  • Qualifications in related discipline (e.g. Human Resources, behavioural sciences, organisational psychology, etc.)
  • Significant leadership experience in HR (experience in NFP environment desirable) and business partnering at a senior management level
  • Demonstrated capability within the implementation and operational use of P&C Information Systems
  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex industrial and employee relations matters utilising comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation. Experience in Enterprise agreement bargaining is an advantage
  • Experience supporting diversity, inclusion and belonging related activities and initiatives
  • Strong skills in change management, stakeholder engagement, financial management and reporting
