Help Build Strong Financial Foundations for Sector Reform and Impact

The Queensland Sexual Assault Network (QSAN) is the peak body for specialist sexual violence support and prevention services across Queensland. We work with specialist sexual violence services, government, community organisations and people with lived experience of sexual violence to strengthen responses to sexual violence, build workforce capability, influence policy reform and improve outcomes for victim-survivors across Queensland.

About You

You are a highly organised and strategic finance professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with broader organisational leadership. You have strong financial management and payroll experience, excellent analytical skills and a commitment to accountability, integrity and continuous improvement.

You will also bring:

  • Degree qualifications in Accounting or a related discipline, with strong experience in finance management, payroll and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, financial governance, compliance obligations, budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to analyse and communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with government funding acquittals, finance systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong judgement, discretion, confidentiality and ability to work independently in a small, values-driven organisation

Why Join QSAN?

This is an exciting time to join QSAN as we continue to strengthen our role as Queensland's specialist sexual violence peak body and expand our influence, partnerships and impact across the state.
