  • 0.6 EFT (3 days per week)

Help build a volunteer community that brings hope, connection and support to women in and beyond prison.

Prison Network is seeking a warm, organised and people-focused Volunteer Manager to lead and support our volunteer program across Victoria.

Volunteers are at the heart of Prison Network’s work. They help create connection, consistency and community for women in prison and post-release, often becoming trusted and familiar faces during some of the hardest periods of a woman’s life.

This role is an opportunity to build and strengthen a volunteer program that is relational, safe, values-driven and deeply impactful.

About Us

Prison Network is a faith-based not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting women in Victorian prisons, and their families, for more than 75 years.

Our vision is for dignity, hope and purpose for women in and beyond prison.

We walk alongside women through prison and post-release, providing practical support, connection and encouragement as they navigate positive pathways and create change.
