The Donor Contact Centre is the connection point between Plan International Australia, our supporters and the girls and communities we work for. The Opportunity at Plan International Australia

We are looking for bold and passionate fundraisers to join us in our fight for children’s rights and equality for girls. We are looking for someone who is confident, driven and can bring high energy to a fast paced fundraising environment. You will use strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire new and existing supporters with your passion for equality, human rights and gender justice.

What you’ll do

• Raise vital funds for Plan’s programs, working closely with your team to exceed targets and identify new fundraising opportunities
• Deliver high quality supporter experience to build connection to impact and retain our community of engaged and inspired supporters
• Maintain Plan’s supporter database
• Resolve complex supporter enquiries via our inbound and outbound contact channels
• Be available to work shift times between 8am and 8pm Mon- Fri, on a rotating basis
