OzChild is a leading child and family services organisation committed to strengthening families and keeping children safe, supported, and safely at home wherever possible.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Caseworker to join our Restoring Families MST-CAN® team based in Goulburn.
MST-CAN® (Multisystemic Therapy for Child Abuse and Neglect) is an intensive, evidence-based program supporting families where children and young people are at risk of entering out-of-home care due to abuse, neglect, family violence, mental health concerns, substance misuse, and other complex challenges.
The program works intensively with families in their homes and communities to strengthen parenting, improve family functioning, and create safer, more stable environments for children.
As the Clinical Caseworker, you will work alongside MST-CAN Therapists and the broader clinical team to provide practical, therapeutic, and casework support to families with complex needs.
This hands-on role involves outreach and home-based work, supporting family engagement, crisis intervention, safety planning, and linking families with appropriate community supports. You will collaborate closely with Child Protection and other stakeholders to help families achieve sustainable change.
